Seaside Meditation II is part of a series that is inspired by hope for the future and embracing new opportunities and challenges. Created in Charlotte’s distinctive hard-edge style, this colourful painting draws on physical elements of a beach landscape (the sea, cliffs, horizon etc) to form an uplifting abstract composition. This work expresses Charlotte’s ongoing fascination with layering and juxtaposing vivid colour to play with opposing ideas of transparency and solidity, simplicity and complexity.

Seaside Meditation II is hand-signed on the front and back and is ready to hang with wire attached.
