Shifting Dunes was created using fluid techniques that allow colours to flow, separate, and interact naturally, forming delicate lace and cell-like passages across the surface. These organic patterns give the work a sense of depth and dimension, making it captivating up close while commanding attention on a large scale.

The palette moves between deep ocean blues, turquoise, and soft sky tones flowing into sandy beige, cream, and ivory. Warm highlights of bronze and ochre echo desert sands, while metallic gold sweeps across the surface, catching the light and shifting beautifully throughout the day. The result is a striking balance of sea and land, evoking the meeting place of dunes and water.

Finished with layers of professional-grade archival varnish for protection, UV resistance, and a smooth, lasting finish.
