This original Artwork is a continuation of my current series, playfully exploring animation, comic books, cartoons and tech.

Childhood fantasies of future technology from last century, Astro Boy Cartoons & Robot Comics, collide with the reality of this Century.

This artwork was created using recycled materials, cardboard of various thicknesses glued down onto canvas to create a patchwork effect.

My art is directly influenced by Graffiti in City Laneways, Vintage Billboards and other weathered surfaces & is also inspired by my love of gestural abstraction and my obsession with using spray paint.

The work comes on a quality canvas and is painted black around the edges and is ready to hang as is.
