Smell The Sea and Feel The Sky by Lucinda Leveille –  A piece relating back to her theme of the single object in the landscape, and the feeling that the image conveys. The quote which inspired this piece is from Van Morrison.

The sea is such a wonderful subject – ever changing and captivating with the movement of the waves and the tides.  This piece moves into a slightly lighter toned palette and sea change ! still  conveying the solitary feel within this series of works. You can nearly see the waves actually rolling quietly into the shore and the gliding of the birds as they head home for the day.

If you love this piece but it doesn’t quite suit your space, I would be delighted to work with you to produce an artwork that will work for you and your home, I enjoy commissions and it’s always great to know that this is something uniquely yours.
As with all of my works, this is an original and a one of a kind, I do not make prints from any of my works.
The paintings are signed on the front with my name ‘Lucinda’ and come with a Certificate of Authenticity. I only use Artist quality materials in the creation of my artwork – archival, quality paper for my watercolours, well prepared supports for my oil paintings and both are painted using artist pigments.
The artworks on gallery style stretched canvas, do not require framing and are ready to hang, however, a box frame on this style of canvas can dress the painting really well.
The piece will arrive cocooned in bubble wrap and packed within a sturdy cardboard container, sometimes recycled ( I like to recycle), any glass will be taped to help prevent breakage, it may not be the prettiest on the outside but the contents will arrive safe and sound.
