The NSWGR 3813 was a 4-6-2 “Pacific” type steam locomotive, part of the New South Wales Government Railways’ 38 class. It was built at Cardiff Workshops in 1946 and is known for its service during the 1955 Railway Centenary celebrations and the “Western Endeavour” journey in 1970.
