Stop and smell the flowers by Sibylle Zinnocker

This body of work is inspired by all the flowering trees and bushes coming alive over Brisbane in the Spring.

My work is usually influenced by the colours of my surroundings or my feelings and thoughts of the moment. Pink and green have always been firm favourites of mine and I find myself pulled back towards them time and time again.

Think flower farm fields, bougainvillea’s, wattle and bauhinia trees.

Nature is the ultimate muse.

This artwork is framed in Tasmanian oak and varnished for protection. The displayed orientation is my personal preference but I can adjust the wire to whatever is preferred by the buyer, the signature is on the back to allow the freedom to change the orientation to what suits the space and preferences of the buyer.
