Artist Statement: There is a ship in here and stormy waves but the ship is sound and brave and travels safely through the rough patch.

This is a once off original artwork that won’t be made available for reproduction printing at any time. I don’t do reproduction prints as they have no value themselves and lower the value of the original work which is not fair to the buyer of that work.

This work is oil and acrylic on 90 X 120cm on Professional Canvas, sent in a roll (this is taken into account in the price), signed on the front and sent with an artist cv and certificate of authenticity.

This work is sealed with a Conservationist Varnish. The conservationist quality varnish means that you can wipe the painting free of dust with a damp cloth, if you need to, which will preserve its life. Conservationist quality varnish is essential as it doesn’t yellow or crack with age and will preserve your painting for posterity.

The work is painted on the sides so that if you decide to hang it without an exterior frame it will still look lovely from any angle. No ugly white sides. If adding a frame I suggest matching your home rather than the painting ie if you have a lot of timber use a timber frame etc. I have included images with frames to give you an idea.

I try to give an accurate example of the size of the work insitu but these are examples only and do not replicate your own space so please make sure to measure your space for the size of the work – don’t guess!!!
