The subtle strides of Bali by Marijke Lambregtse.

Subtle strides of Bali is one of my series of paintings from Bali for my solo exhibition in the Four Seasons. These women paintings were about the environmental and social influences and impact which are experienced in the name of progress. Fragile beautiful Bali. I strongly believe that women can play a crucial role in world issues and especially in Bali where the women are the pillars of society. Their stride forward towards a better future by educating their families and children in sustainability and caring about the fragile environment can help to keep Bali the magic paradise island it is.

I used recycled tissue paper as collage with acrylic paint
