Summer in Australia means many things: finding your spot on the sand at the crowded beaches, Christmas Lunch outside with a BBQ, long mild evenings outside staring up at the stars. The list goes on.

Summer in Australia can be quite severe if you’re not used to it. Locals in the outback say “its hot enough to fry an egg on ya car bonnet” and they wouldn’t be far wrong at that. Temperatures are very unforgiving towards our red centre. Even so, this is a beautiful part of our great continent. Its vast plains of arid desert coupled with rich red earth and gorges have us all heading up there for a holiday regardless of the flies. Whether its the coastal beauty filling your nostrils with salty sea breezes or venturing into the red centre, there is something for everyone in our beautiful part of the world.
