Susanne often paints Australian flora and fauna to remind us of the beauty of the Australia’s landscape. She feels we are so lucky to live in Australia.. This piece has a Sulphur-crested cockatoo gazing over sunlit hills and plains.

Of all the cockatoos, the Sulphur crested cockatoo is one of the most cheeky and intelligent. They are part of the tapestry of Australian life.

Susanne’s Cockatoo was created using acrylic paint and the beautiful sunlit background was created with acrylic paint, collage paper and mixed media.

Painted on a cradled timber board, it is finished in a satin varnish (please note that all images are taken before the varnish to reduce reflection). It is signed on the back and is professionally finished.

Comes with signed Certificate of Authenticity.
