A large expressionistic response to all the beautiful afternoon skies we seem to be having this year. Somehow seeing a beautiful sky reminds me of how lucky we all are to be alive and a little sad for the people who we have lost. Since the passing of my Abbey, my children and I refer to these as “Angel Skies”. This Painting ended up being quite textured and interestingly, when you immerse yourself in it you can make out little angel wing shapes. This painting hanging on your wall will provide you with a lifetime of grace and reflective gratitude for the beautiful natural world we live in.
