A long exposure, high resolution shot taken using the renowned Sony FE 90mm Macro G OSS prime lens without flash on a whisper still night. How still? The exposure is 15 seconds long and the Jacaranda petals in the foreground are still super sharp! With some glow from the harbour promenade lights shining on the Jacaranda branches, and a hint of the city lights behind, everything about this photo says Sydney.

Special display instructions

This night scene piece is best hung and displayed in a well lit area, especially if a smaller size is chosen. Whilst post-processing techniques can be used to “brighten” such photos, that spoils the night feel. Here, the night feel has been carefully preserved. Place it in a well lit area and it will look just perfect.
