Sydney NYE Fireworks – For many years living in Sydney we have been able to enjoy watching the NYE Fireworks from a boat moored in Farm Cove, next to the Opera House. It usually meant anchoring early in the morning and waiting for the fireworks. Farm Cove and Mrs Macquarie Chair have a fireworks barge moored just off the point, and allows views to the opera house and Bridge and the fireworks further up the harbour can be seen over the top of the opera house. This is the view to the west, over the opera house and to the Bridge. Some of the fireworks to the west of the bridge can be seen from here. Sides black, wire across the back.
