Additional Information

Teacup Posy by Rosemary Legat – Acrylic paint and artist created collage on stretched canvas.

Starting with my colourful and textural intuitive base incorporating numerous layers of paint and collage I followed with negative space painting to create my posy in a teacup.

Collage pieces used in the creation of Teacup Posy were created on acid free tissue paper.

My painted collage pieces add depth and interest to her layers while the use of soft white acrylic paint in the final layer keeps the look and vibe of this creation light and fresh without looking too stark.

The textured layers were wrapped around her edges.

Teacup Posy was finished off with a touch of fixative spray and varnish for protection.

Initialled on the front and accompanied by a letter of authenticity.

Please check artwork dimensions as in situ examples are for display purposes only and may not be to scale.
