Come with me through the door of fire and I will show you the way.

Stand in the door way and ponder what may be.

Look back and see what has gone and will never be again.

Come with me through the flames of the new.

Do you you dare leave your past as just that?

Dare you start again and watch the potential soar?

Dare you start again to hear, I wonder?

Come with me into the world of the unknown.

I watched you loose it all, only to begin again.

Lifetimes after lifetimes have brought you to me, and here we stand at the doorway of time.

Only this time your willingness to listen and become one is strong.

I’ve tested you many times, taken the ones you hold dearest, taken your hopes and dreams and made you doubt more than you believed.

Yet, here we stand at the door way of time.

I hear you whisper “I didn’t come this far to turn back into a world I’ve always known.”

I hear you scream “Surely, all of this wasn’t for nothing.”

i’ve heard you sob, “show me the way, this can’t be all I’m about.”

and all this time, you were standing at the door way of fire.

Here we are face to face: me, you, the door way,

I pack up my past, and pack it away,

Like a suitcase full of wisdom, loss, fear and the unknown.

I will walk through the door way of fire, because I know you will. meet me there and guide my way.
