“The Exhale that Waits Ahead” – by Sharon Rynehart

“A visual breath, this new intuitive artwork is inspired by the quiet anticipation of journeys we take toward places that soothe and restore, heal and bring hope…in this case, the coast.

There’s an emotional pull I feel when I’m away from the coast too long. It’s a beckoning call I can’t ignore, and so soon enough, I’ll once again find myself travelling these quiet winding roads through lush countryside…anticipation building for the exhale that waits ahead. Where upon arrival, worries and frustrations, daily challenges, and the stresses of life are not amplified by the moody overcast skies that may threaten, but are carried away. In their place…comfort, contentment, and peace.”

Created with palette knives on 12 oz stretched cotton canvas, this is framed in a solid Tas Oak timber frame and satin varnished. It will come with a COA with the above artist statement written on the back.

Thank you for pausing to view my work.

NB: While every effort is made to capture the true colours and details of my artwork, every screen is different and art viewed online does not do my work justice. Slight differences may be evident between a screen image and the true tone and textures of my work, which is more vivid and beautiful in reality. Scale may also be slightly off due to the insitu art app used, so please ensure you measure your space.
