My white horse wears the bow and Nick Cave wears the crown as he should- he smokes as he rides .
His offering to his horse is a silly reference to a scene in ‘The Young Ones’ which I was totally obsessed with when I was young, it was silly,irreverant and totally bonkers and I loved it. This scene from ‘The Party’ had the 4 horseman bowling into the house as they are waiting the 5 minutes until the party starts with one horseman complaining he was totally starving..and asking ‘how’s about a bloody sandwich’..just before a giant sandwich falls from the sky and and wrecks everything …so random and so genius
