The Phoenix by Karen Chappelow

The Phoenix is a bird from Greek Mythology that would burst into flames and die, then being reborn from its own ashes. The Fenghuang is a mythological bird of Chinese tradition and often called the Chinese Phoenix-the Fenghuang represents the balance and harmony of masculine yin and feminine yang and represents new beginnings and the Phoenix periodically consumed by fire and being reborn.

I like that there is an element of new beginnings in both myths and I combine the both to represent that.
