“The Plight of the Homeless” is an oil painting that captures the harsh reality faced by many homeless individuals in affluent urban settings. Set against the backdrop of a rain-soaked city street, the painting depicts a homeless man and his loyal dog sitting despondently on the sidewalk. The cold, wet pavement and the blurred figures of passersby, huddled under umbrellas, emphasize the sense of isolation and neglect experienced by the homeless.

This experience moved him to create “The Plight of the Homeless” as a means of shedding light on their plight and encouraging empathy and action.
