Additional Information

The Struggle For Life by Lucinda Leveille is another in the series of the solitary image in the landscape. The full quote is ‘The struggle for life is one of our greatest blessings’ by Helen Keller.

This piece is again slightly different in colour palette and subject than my usual offering – it may have something to do with winter and at the time of painting – in lockdown.  The struggles that this tree has endured to survive – harsh conditions, wind, drought and sandy soil – but survive it will I think.

As with all of my works, this is an original and a one of a kind, I do not make prints from any of my works.
The paintings are signed on the front with my name ‘Lucinda’ and come with a Certificate of Authenticity. I only use Artist quality materials in the creation of my artwork – archival, quality paper for my watercolours, well prepared supports for my oil paintings and both are painted using artist quality pigments.
The piece will arrive cocooned in bubble wrap and packed within a sturdy cardboard container, sometimes recycled ( I do like to recycle when I can!), any glass will be taped to help prevent breakage, it may not be the prettiest on the outside but the contents will arrive safe and sound.
