“There’s Always More” – by Sharon Rynehart

We live in a world of ‘more’. Wanting more. More money, more property, more success, more possessions…more. In society, more is seen as better. But why? I know first hand that having more materialistic things is definitely not fulfilling. They don’t keep a smile on your face for very long. They don’t lead to happiness and contentment. They don’t make your heart sing or your soul restored.

Personally, I’ve learnt over recent years that having ‘more’ for me is not about having more material possessions. More for me goes much deeper; it’s more hope of better days to come, more time with loved ones, more strength to keep persevering. It’s more faith to keep fighting, more light to shine through the dark days. Thankfully, in hope, faith, strength, and light…there’s always more. These are unlimited. You just have to look for them, and then grasp hold of them.

There’s nowhere I’m more reminded of this than the coast; looking up at an endless sky, looking out over a vast ocean, or across an enduring coastline that disappears into a boundless horizon. There’s always more…

Painted with palette knives with acrylic on poly cotton canvas, this is satin varnished and comes with a COA. It is sold ready to hang with a solid Tas Oak float frame.

Thank you for considering this emotive moody seascape for your space.

NB: While every effort is made to capture the true colours and details of my artwork, every screen is different and art viewed online does not do my work justice. Slight differences may be evident between a screen image and the true tone of my work which is more vivid and beautiful in reality. Scale may also be slightly off due to the insitu art app used, so please ensure you measure your space. Thank you!
