This Woven Earth by Debra Duffy

This artwork is an abstract style landscape using the contrasting textures and patterns of acrylic paint and artist markers. I am inspired by the patterns of earth, water and sky and ‘This Woven Earth’ is a harmonious artwork using many layers that I weaved throughout, featuring earthy colours such as rusty red, clay, green, dusty pinks, ochre and pale blue, and hues of green while using organic flowing shapes and patterns that reflect the varied natural and raw elements found in the landscape.

This artwork consists of professional quality cotton canvas with sides painted in a creamy soft beige colour, and it is varnished for protection. Signature is on the back and front and also includes a certificate of authenticity.
