Artist Statement: When I am with family and friends it is mad and noisy and just so joyously happy.

This work is oil and acrylic on 105cm X 200cm on Fine Belgian Linen, signed on the front and sent with an artist cv and certificate of authenticity.
The work is sealed with a Conservationist Gloss Varnish. The conservationist quality varnish means that you can wipe the painting free of dust with a damp cloth which will preserve its life. Conservationist quality varnish is essential as it doesn’t crack or yellow with light and age. The work is painted on Fine Belgian Linen. Linen provides a wonderful surface for the paint and is long lasting so gives the painting posterity for many hundreds of years.
The work is sent Unstretched (this is taken into account in the price) in a roll ready for stretching and or framing. It is much safer for work to travel in a roll. The work is painted on the sides so if hung stretched without an exterior frame it will still look lovely from any angle (no ugly white sides). Personally I hang all large work in my home without an exterior frame as I feel it allows the painting to continue beyond its borders.

If you decide to add an exterior frame and they can look lovely I suggest choosing a frame that matches your furniture. ie if you have natural timber choose a timber frame, if you have a lot of black trim choose a black frame.

All work over 100cm is sent via Pack and Send and under 100cm is sent via Australia Post Express
