The birds were so happy after the rain that they were singing and chirping away in my garden so I felt I just had to paint them, of course not in a realistic way but more the personality and the characters i felt they represented.

I have used quality Australian paint and applied it with a palette knife and brush, it is on stretched canvas and comes framed and ready to hang.
