Tiger Lily Triptych – Another from my “Flora & Fauna” series where I depict the fauna (tigers) using detailed pointillism and the flora (tiger lily flowers and leaves) in a stylised, semi abstract way, using conventional brush strokes against a modern khaki coloured background. I just love doing pointillism as it is ideal for my style of deliberate & intended brush work. On this occasion I resisted the urge to used vivid oranges on the tiger lily flowers in this painting, as I believe that by so doing I would not be able to balance the more subtle colour palette I used for the background and the tigers. In making this decision I created a harmonious and elegant triptych which would add style to any room.

These 3 panels – (1 large 41 x 41 cm & 2 smaller 31 x 31 cm) may be arranged in many different ways depending on your wall space & personal taste. Though these paintings have taken many relaxing hours to complete and have been quite challenging, I am absolutely thrilled with them and am quite sure that they will give the buyer as much pleasure as they have given me to create them.

These paintings are signed on the front and a laminated, numbered Certificate of Authenticity is included.
