Mixed media artwork on heavyweight high quality Strathmore mixed media paper mounted on deep edged quality artist panel

Memorizing walking over the basalt stones dating back to the first century BC in Terracina in Italy, an ancient town known for its Roman history and architecture buried underground for thousands of years. I tried to capture some of its historical essence and organic culture. Done on the kitchen table in the tiny apartment we rented there. An amazing time, so grateful we could do this fantastic journey through Italy for six months.
