But they have been tumbling about in my head for a year or so since we saw them on the Nullarbor.

Many more than one…..resting up against the stockmen’s old wooden fences scattered across the plains.
Witchety grubs chew through the root and set them free, to wait for a Willy Willy to carry them to their next adventure.
