I’m interested in this wetland near my home for its colours and forms and am exploring it across a few different styles. This painting is of a particular section, and I pushed the colours to the edge of abstraction. Despite this, the overall style is quite impressionist, due largely to the brushwork.
Painted on the sides so will not require framing
Finished with two coats of varnish for surface protection
