Wait-a-while Moment I by Smith & Brooks is a limited edition print of the original painting from the collection, ‘Coastal Noir’.

Endemic to coastal tropics of Far North Queensland where Kerrin grew up, the native wait-a-while is an intriguing climbing palm. With its densely barbed stem, the wait-a-while or calamus australis can reach up to 35m in height as it creeps toward the canopy of the rainforest in search of light.

‘Wait-a-while Moment I’ has been created with a moody palette inspired by the shadowy depths of the rainforest understory. When hung alongside its sister pieces, ‘Sword Fern Moment I’ and ‘Soft Bracken Moment I’, ‘Wait-a-while Moment I’ creates a bold landscape of coastal plants found just beyond the sunny foreshore.

Each product comes printed with our signature mark on the front and is individually numbered on the back.

Limited edition of100. Available on high quality 310gsm Hahnemühle Natural Line, Agave Fine Art paper. Each comes with an extra white border for ease of handling for your framer. Made up of 70% agave, this fine art paper is created with less environmental impact than traditional fine art papers.
