A modern, contemporary, non traditional painting of a beautiful stand of wattle trees in full flower, filling this gully with yellow sunshine…….I can’t wait for the wattles to start blooming again in July.

Just outside of Tallegalla and deep within the countryside is where I noticed this gully of yellow loveliness. At most times of the year my attention is drawn to the ranges and the clouds, but wattle is the “star” in July and August.
