The inspiration for this painting came by my visit to the Grampians (Victoria) last year in September.
Being a city girl, I could not believe my eyes when I saw so many kangaroos popping up everywhere.
In the morning the whole family of kangaroos would come by the house and stare at you.
So when I started this painting as a landscape I decided to include the cute kangaroos as part of the story.
there is a lot of texture created by many layers of paint and impasto.
A medium size canvas that would entertain the viewers.

Finished with satin varnish for protection.

Sides are painted as continuation of the painting.

Signed with a certificate of authenticity.
