Where are you Going by artist Stephanie Laine is a new painting from her ‘Woven’ series and can be hung vertically or horizontally.
This series aims to convey the energy inherent in the earth that we stand upon. This energy is a culmination of the history that embodies the shifting layers of the land created over centuries of change. The story of the land is told through the layering of transparent washes and brushwork which is scraped back and then layered again, over and over, in a similar way to the evolution of the earth beneath us.
Where are you Going is a combination of green ochre and mustard, lemon yellow and dark green with white brushwork. She’s painted on a quality stretched canvas. The image wraps around the 3.8cm sides so Where are you Going  is ready to hang.
All paintings are finished in 2 coats of satin lacquer for protection and longevity.
