‘Whispers of the Deep’ painted by Tillian 4.4’25

In ‘Whispers’, I present a visionary shoreline where rising seas and trembling forests meet in a suspended, dreamlike moment. Painted in undulating bands of green, aquamarine, and earthen red, the work presents a shoreline both ravaged and reverent — a liminal space suspended between collapse and quiet revelation. Trees buckle, earth fragments, and human remnants lie half-buried — yet the ocean remains mysteriously calm, a spiraling pool of concealed life and sleeping dolphins. At its centre, a dark diamond shape interrupts the shore — a portal, a wound, or a whispering memory. Rich in mythic resonance, the painting transforms environmental anxiety into a quiet, reverent meditation. Far from a conventional landscape, ‘Whispers’ is an ecological elegy — a meditation on what remains, and what might still be heard, if we are quiet enough.

‘Whispers of the Deep’ is a painting that holds its breath at the edge of transformation.
