This painting is part of my series exploring beauty—how it shows up in nature, in the body, and in the space between the two. I’ve always been drawn to the way flowers and figures can echo each other: soft, layered, vulnerable, but also powerful.
Wild and Untamed is a celebration of beauty that refuses to behave. The figure owns her space — unapologetic, a little reckless, and completely alive and at ease in the chaotic beauty surrounding her. The flowers rise and fold like waves of energy, echoing her wildness rather than containing it. This painting pushes against the polished ideal of beauty and celebrates something far more real — fierce, flawed, and gloriously untamed.
