This painting is of the view from the top of the Sandslide on the western side of the Wooli River.
The view is across the river and peninsular towards North Solitary Island.
Wooli is on the North Coast of NSW near Grafton, and halfway between Coffs Harbour and Yamba on the coast.
It is surrounded by the Yuraygir National Park, and The Solitary Islands Marine Park.
Miles of unspoilt beaches and clean water. a small village that began as a Fishermans village, but now is a holiday town, however the national and Marine lakes will ensure the nature beauty remains unspoilt.
