This work is part of my “cost of living” sale. Work this size is normally $1800 online and $2400 in galleries

Artist Statement: I painted this work whilst yarning with my son about painting, life, the world, everything. The sun shone and it was a lovely sweet time together and that flowed into the painting. This work is about those times we share with those we love.

This work is acrylic and oil, 100 X 100cm on fine Belgian Linen, signed on the front and sent with an artist CV and certificate of authenticity.

All my work is sealed with a conservationist Gloss Varnish and is painted on Fine Belgian Linen (except for a few on canvas). Linen provides a much better finish for the paint and is longer lasting than canvas so gives the painting posterity and the conservationist quality varnish means that you can wipe the painting free of dust if you need to which will also preserve its life.

All works are painted on the sides so if hung stretched without an exterior frame it will still look lovely from any angle (no ugly white sides). The work is sent Unstretched (this is taken into account in the price) in a roll ready for stretching and framing (but an exterior frame isn’t necessary unless you want it)
