Additional Information

Every now and then I stock up on Native flowers for my studio to paint. I like drawing from life with watercolour. My intention is to keep the painting in the spirit of a sketch, using fast expressive marks and strokes in order to capture the fleeting nature of cut flowers.

This drawing features Banksia Baxteri, Firewood Banksia Pod, Banksia Baxteri Pod and Silver Dollar Eucalyptus.

You may notice a very faint Signature watermark across the first image. This only appears on my main digital file to protect my artwork from being downloaded and reproduced without my permission (it happens unfortunately).

I do try to make them as discreet as possible so as not to upset your delicate eye area. I promise your painting will not have a visible watermark all over it. I do include several cropped in shots of my work without a watermark in the gallery so you can clearly see the works close up.

Painted onto Extra thick cotton paper with deckled edges on all sides. Sold Unframed for easy shipping.
