Time spent watching waves rolling in, the patterns in the sea foam as it gently washes the sand, golden reflections on the shore, seagulls and pelicans soaring over the water and sunlight sparkling on the surface.

The sea is sometimes wild and furious, but it’s never in a hurry. We can learn so much from nature if we take the time to listen to her wisdom.
