Watercolour Diptych of red gum flowers and gum leaves – Australian flora always inspired my art as it is everywhere around me. I love to paint the fresh leaves and gum flowers of the Australian eucalyptus trees with their many different shapes and colours.

Each of these original paintings of ‘Australiana’ is painted in watercolour on a small Celluka disc prepared with Gesso. They will hang together to form a diptych. They are protected with 3 layers of gloss varnish to bring out the bright colours. The dimension of each disc is 17 cm diameter x 1.4cm thickness. Including the connectors, they are hanging 34cm long by 17cm wide. A hanging wire is fixed across the first disc, allowing you to hang them immediately.

Paintings in this size are dynamic collectibles. Art lovers can build a collection of these small sized pictures by theme, artist, medium or even a similar colour.
