Banksy Photobombs Margaret Ltd Ed Print 3/25 by Miranda Free

Finalist in Busselton Art Award 2020. Dramatically lit local WA flora with a grouping of vases owned by my mother (Margaret) placed upon a book about an inspiring Margaret (Olley) forms the subject of this work. Working from life, and the happenstance of a sticker of a Banksy image on my studio wall meant that he inveigled his way into this work (somewhat reminiscent of photobombers) in which I link personal history, inspirations and current preoccupations – flora, mystery & contemplation.

This is an A4 size limited edition print No 3/25.

This is a high quality giclée print on Hahnemühle Bamboo 290gsm paper packed with a stiff cardboard backing in a cellophane sleeve.
