The title for this painting is inspired by the process Alicia went through to create the painting. Painting, scraping, sanding, washing, scratching and rubbing to create the heavily textured, almost shiny background for the titanium white paint she applied over the top.

This painting can be hung horizontally or vertically. Please let Alicia know if you’d prefer it to hang vertically.
