Butterfly 5, the fifth original abstract painting on paper in the Butterfly Series, created from the Artist’s love of the natural beauty and  delicateness of these winged creatures. Intuitively painted, this abstract, captures the essence sof change, transformation, and the symbolism of hope. The palette is a layering of bright pastels, soft blue and mauves hues accented with bright red and white marks which  is alluring to the eye, much as a butterfly. The artwork exudes vitality with  detailed layers that display the depth and velvety textures of butterfly wings
