‘The Phoenix’ is a legendary immortal bird that cyclically regenerates or is otherwise born again. The painting of this Phoenix started with a fluid acrylic pour on a 50cm x 50cm deep edge stretched canvas. After the pour had dried, I noticed the shape of a soaring bird looking at me. So, I worked around this shape and the Phoenix was reborn.  The painting is now framed with a 53cm x 53cm modern white frame and is protected by 2 layers of satin Acrylic spray. Two d-rings are attached to the back and it is ready for hanging.

Paintings in this size are dynamic collectibles. Art lovers can build a collection of these medium sized pictures by theme, artist, medium or even a similar colour.
