In the spotlights – An original painting by Sigrid Patterson. In the spotlights is a still life full of shadow movement. This is another chunk of one of my Banksia Robur plants. I planted these for the yellow tailed black cockatoos that visit my garden everyday and being the natural, great trimmers that they are, I am often left with chunks of plants that fill my studio. I adore the greens in Robur leaves, chunky, delicate and bold.
