I love old interesting trees and this one was so twisted and interestingly different, that I needed to include it in my art practice.

I was inspired to imagine an older couple who went for a walk in the park to sit on that seat and dream about their life together and remember the good old times.

I’ve called it ‘Let’s Sit Awhile’ to ask the viewer to think about this couple and their long life together and cherish that feeling.
