This new body of work is all about  pattern and colour. Choosing a selection of colours that perfectly match and supplement each other and then using experimental pouring techniques, I let the acrylic mixture work its magic. I am always surprised that the same colour palette can be used over and over again and still resulting in every single art piece being different as so many factors affect the mixture. The resulting pour decides what the painting will be. The foliage of the Eucalyptus leaves were created by negative painting and the impression of the butterflies were added at the end

Salon style hanging Paintings which are categorised as “small format” works are dynamic collectibles.  Art lovers can build a collection of small sized pictures by theme, or artist, or medium or even a similar colour.
