A tribute to the humble cassette mixed tape. Are you old enough to remember those? Based on an old Sony cassette in my collection. Check my social media for a process video.

This piece is made entirely from recycled pieces of paper which have been cut /torn from various magazines, packaging, books, brochures and junk mail. This is a painting made with paper and adhesive rather than paint.

2 coats of high gloss varnish have also been applied to protect the artwork. The gloss finish really makes the colours pop and gives the work a glassy finish. The edges are decorated so it is ready for your walls or you may wish to frame this piece directly through ALA during purchase.
