This painting is inspired by Jackson Pollock’s painting ‘Mural’. Alicia watched the 2000 movie ‘Pollock’ and painted Muse the next day. She felt the name Muse is fitting for this painting as Pollock is a source of inspiration for several of Alicia’s paintings.

Ready to hang with d-rings and hanging wire. Unframed. The painting wraps around the sides so a frame is optional. An original painting. Signed in the lower righthand corner ‘A. Gilchrist’. Protected with a matte spray varnish.
