Waves are always changing, somedays exciting and refreshing, other days terrifying but often soothing like the gentle swell the day I photographed this.

I live by the sea and never get tired of spending time quietly listening to the wind, waves and birds and watching the light changing on the water. The ocean is good for the soul.
