The energy of spring finally peaks through the winter cold and delivers the first spring bulb shoots to us, I know the seasons are shifting. My energy levels rise and I find that the life around me is ready to spring into full bloom. Picnic Details was painted to evoke that energetic spring feeling. The freshness of the grass, the greenness of the first spring growth. Imagine yourself lying in a meadow, surrounded by new fresh grass and the meadow flowers have begun to blossom. You look up through the green growth and even the sky above you speaks of the seasons change.

This is an original painting in acrylic on gallery stretched canvas. It is framed in a raw oak shadow frame (float frame). The framed and finished painting measures 79cm wide x 79 cm high x 6 cm thick. It is ready to hang.
